     This beautiful two story Beach House is a romantic place inspired by Italian culture. With its rustic wood ceiling,  and beautiful glass doors with ocean view will transport you to a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The Beach House is an 850sq feet both levels combined. It has a very unique style and beautifully decorated. Great for all year round and especially during the summer. The house is located half a  block from the Beach, walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, Ferry and public transportations.  

The first floor has a master bedroom, a small bedroom, and a full bathroom. The second floor has a kitchen, living room 1/2 bath, pull down step loft and deck.  Utilities, Cable, Wifi included.   
Definitely, a wonderful place to spend your vacation where you could: Go Fishing, Surfing, Swimming, Bike riding, Walk along the boardwalk or just relax.   You can easily commute to Manhattan in 45 minutes to an hour by express bus, ferry or A train. Please Keep in Mind it is a Non-Smoking House.
