I stayed in the Simple Stay for several months after Super Storm Sandy. Joe & Jen were such gracious people. The bungalow was exactly what I needed & very comfortable. I will have to come back & stay now that everything is back in order. Thanks Jen & Joe for making me feel at home.

We stayed here for a month and had a very relaxing stay. Jen was very welcoming. Great location from food, grocery, train and bus. The place was really clean and safe. Privacy was excellent. We felt as if we're home. We'll definitely stay here again for NY trip again. Thank you so much!! :) more power!

We stayed at the garden apartment and had a brilliant time. Joe and Jenny were extremely helpful in every way possible. I would strongly recommend their acomodation to anyone and guaranteed i will be back on our next visit to New York. Just a brilliant place to stay.

We stayed at Nautical (4 adults) for one week in August and had a great time! The beach access was right at the end of the street which made it easy to walk down and see the sun rise and sun set each day. The beaches were cleaned daily by the parks department. The apartment itself was spotless and seemed to have been newly renovated. The beds were all comfortable, and we were even allowed to check in early and check out late. Highly recommend, especially if you have to commute into the city, the beach 110th properties are a short walk from the 116th train station.

Absolutely the best!!!!! Joe and Jenny are without a doubt the most wonderful people you will encounter. The units are FANTASTIC. Very very clean, decor is adorable - feels just like home!! Will definitely be back!!! THANK YOU so much for making our vacation the best!!

We used the Shabby Chic apartment, It was exactly as pictured and described. Jen was very helpful in the pre arrival arrangements, and was there to meet us when we arrived. As a native New Yorker born in Queens, it was so nice to come home again, and be only 1 block from the beach. The concessions and bathrooms just happen to be right there too. I have already recommended these properties to friends who also come back often. The value you get is way beyond anything you'd get from a hotel. All I can say is Thank You and I really hope I see you guys again soon.

I stayed in the Tiki Room during my rotation at St. John's Episcopal Hospital and loved it. It was very comfortable and everyone was so friendly and helpful with advice, directions, restaurants etc. Highly recommend it. Nice to wake up right next to the beach and go for a walk or jog along the beach too.

We have stayed at Jen and Joe's a few different times and have always been very satisfied. The units are exactly as pictured and well equipped. They are always available and make you feel right at home. Our grandbabies live nearby so is the perfect location. I will be booking again.

I Stayed at the Tiki apartment during my rotation at St. John Episcopal Hospital, and it was a great experience. The apartment was clean, tidy and very comfortable with all you need to feel at home. I will definitely recommend it !!!

My family (two daughters ages 2 and 4) stayed in Jen and Joes house with the loft for two weeks over the summer. We had the most amazing, magical vacation. The house was cozy, the beach was beautiful and more secluded than other parts of the Rockaways and Jen and Joe were awesome. My family and I will return. We hope that everyone in the Rockaways are doing ok and know that the strong community we witnessed will rebuild and be strong. Mucho besos to u guys!

Myself and many others were deployed to the Rockaway area to work the Hurricane Sandy Storm. We had been here over a month and lodging was difficult to come by. The area was a disaster area so most lodging was damaged or full. We discovered the housing that Jen & Joe had to offer and most of us filled them up. I stayed in the American Country and LOVED IT!!! It was so cozy and comfortable. The two of them were very pleasant and helpful to get as many of us accomodations. They housing was very clean and neat even after the storm. I will be back and I will also recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a wonderful stay in Rockaway park. I had a 3 months contract to work in NY... and I have to say it... I very much enjoyed my stay. The apartment was perfect for me, very clean, accommodating and cozy. Transportation was also vey reliable in the Rockaways, I am so glad I chose to stay here. I hope the properties didn't suffer much damages from the hurricane and that you all are doing well... See you in my next trip to NY!

It's a terrific place that is operated professionally and personally. You can't go wrong by booking a place with Jenny and Joe. Just pray for nice weather. Everything else is guaranteed .. awesome!

What a great house, what made us a wonderful stay on Rockaway Beach! Everything was just perfect. Good location, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The house was very clean and offered enough space for us three. In a very cozy atmosphere we enjoyed our time either in the nice living room, on the balcony or in the garden. The kitchen is great, too, and had everything we needed. My favorite was lying on the couch in the living room with open balcony doors, seeing and hearing the ocean. Jen & Joe were very helpful, friendly and just nice to talk to!

We recently decided to move to New York and needed a place to stay for a month or so while we looked for something more permanent. The beach house was perfect for this! While we were planning our trip Jen stayed in contact with us and answered all the questions we had. She and her husband also met us at the apartment the day we arrived, helped us with our luggage and took us on a quick tour of the house. The house contains everything you will need for your stay and is in a great location very close to the beach and close enough to the shops to allow grocery shopping without a car. There are also many play areas for kids nearby that my wife and daughter could visit. The boardwalk is also great for long walks along the beach. I work in Manhattan so I had to commute in every day using the A train. Even though the commute was about 60 minutes door-to-door for me, being so close to the ocean and in such a nice and quiet neighborhood definitely made it worth it. We will definitely be recommending the beach house to others!

We've been really satisfied! The place is charming, the beach is a few steps, and the shops and the metro. Jenny and Joseph are adorable and very friendly (the day of arrival, we were even invited to eat because we arrived late). The apartment was nice, but Jai Just looked the new pictures and he said, they have everything redone and it all looks even prettier. We highly recommend the Beach Garden apartment! And we thank Jenny & Joseph for making our stay enjoyable! [Thank you so much Jenny & Joseph! So sorry for my lated review! The Day We Came back to France, There Was Air Traffic Controllers strike's so That We Had To Stay In Paris And Then .. Time Has Passed and .. Leia Was Born .. We hope you Both of you are fine!]

Hi! We had a great time at Jenny and Joe Longo"s Beautiful Beach View House. Everything worked excellent, the house was clean and tidy, the hosts were very helpful with us and made our stay very comfortable: as if we were at home. Try the experience!! You won't regret it!!!!!

What a Great House! Everything was just perfect. The house was so cozy and had everything you needed. I just loved seeing the Ocean from the loft bed. We were able to walk to the beach and Stores and Resturants. Jen and Joe were so helpful and just great to talk to. We will be BACK SOON...

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Beach Apartment. Both Jen & Joe were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The house was very clean, in good location, and everything was in perfect working order. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with valuable information about our stay in the city. Definitely a positive experience and I will definitely be back when I visit NY again.
